Flights available from Airports throughout the UK
The nearest airport to Lloret de Mar is Girona which is served by www.ryanair.com The airline offers several regional departures from the UK. Please note the destination is listed as Barcelona (Girona). From Girona it takes 35 minutes by bus.
The next nearest airport is Barcelona which is approximately 1.5 hours away. To get to Lloret de Mar you can catch a train along the Costa Brava.
Airport Coach Transfer: The cost is 7.50 pounds each way.
Making Your Own Way to Your Hotel in Lloret de Mar: For those whose flights don't coincide with our Airport coach transfer at Girona Airport, you can easily reach your hotel by taking one of the following routes:
1) Taxi from Girona Airport: Take a taxi for approximately 35€. (Quickest recomended option)
2) Taxi from Barcelona Airport: Take a taxi for approximately 140€.
3) Public Transport from Barcelona Airport: Take a taxi from Barcelona Airport to Barcelona Sants Train Station (about 20 euros). Take a train from Barcelona Sants Train Station to Blanes Train Station. The first train departs at around 9am and the last train departs around 9.30pm. There are trains every 30 minutes. The journey takes around 1 hour and 20 minutes and costs about 4 euros per person. Then take a taxi from Blanes Train Station to your hotel in Lloret de Mar (about 15 euros).
