- Bring a UK to EU plug adapter.
Food
- Breakfast
- 7.30am to 9.30am — continental and British-style options. If you are leaving before breakfast on 29 September, a packed breakfast can be collected from reception before departure.
- Lunch
- 12.30pm to 2.00pm — optional, €35 per person. Must be booked at reception 24 hours in advance.
- Dinner
- 7.30pm to 9.00pm — Italian and international dishes. Beer, wine and water included. Drinks must be consumed in the restaurant and should not be taken out.
- Dietary needs
- If you have not already told the organisers, please provide details by 1 September.
Restaurant seating: Check the Dining tab for your table allocation. If you spot an error, contact the organisers as soon as possible.

Useful Information
- Orosei town
- Shops, bars, restaurants and local markets in the nearby town centre. Local operators offer boat trips, dinghy excursions and inland tours.
- Health cover
- A valid GHIC or EHIC may provide access to eligible state healthcare abroad. This does not replace travel insurance.
- Lost belongings
- Collect all luggage and personal belongings from the aircraft, transfer vehicle and resort. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for lost belongings.

After collecting your luggage, go to the landside arrivals area. Look for the SALSA sign. Your event representative or driver will meet you there. Guests on flights arriving close together may share the same coach — please allow for some waiting time.

Meet at reception ready to leave. Settle your hotel account, confirm or pay your tourist tax, return your room key and have your luggage ready. Transfer vehicles leave punctually.
